First Lady Donna Searcy was born to Wanda Manis and the late Donald C. Hayes Sr in Cookeville, Tennessee. She attended Cookeville High School. She is the oldest girl of seven children.  First Lady Donna Searcy married the love of her life Floyd Searcy on May 18, 2014, at Cedars of Lebanon Primitive Baptist Church. She cherishes her role as a wife, and mother of four sons, and one daughter. Lady Donna was baptized at Cedars of Lebanon Primitive Baptist Church, Lebanon , TN  in 2016.

First Lady Donna attended Daymar College in Nashville, Tennessee and completed an Associate Degree of Applied Science Billing and Coding Specialist on September 10, 2018. She received a State of Tennessee Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Certification on December 7, 2022, in which she helps others with her testimony. She loves hosting outreach services with her husband. 

First Lady Donna Searcy is deeply committed to the work of the Lord. Upon her husband becoming Pastor at Gladeville Missionary Baptist Church; she continues to stand by his side. She is active in being one of the Sunday School teachers, and an active member of the choir. She is blessed with a spirit of Excellence, Commitment and Integrity who puts God first in her life. 

First Lady Donna will forever and always worship, praise, and thank God for the life that he has blessed her with.
